Help out on our stall at the Tapton Lock Festival! You’ll be chatting to visitors, offering leaflets, signing people up to our newsletter, and sharing what Transition Chesterfield is all about. It's a fun and friendly event by the canal, with lots going on.

2-hour rota slots between 9:00am and 4:00pm

Tapton Lock Festival, Tapton Lock Visitor Centre, Chesterfield

SKILLS NEEDED
No experience needed. Just a friendly manner and an interest in sustainability or community projects.

WHY VOLUNTEER?
It’s a great way to meet people, promote local climate action, and enjoy the festival atmosphere. Plus, it helps raise awareness of what Transition Chesterfield does — from Apple Pressing to Repair Cafés.
