This year, Inspire Community Garden will be pruning their fruit trees.  If you’d like to know how we do it, come & join our informal workshops.  Sessions will mix indoor discussion with outdoor ‘having-a-go’.

Please register in advance, via martinbaxter@phonecoop.coop for these initial workshops only. Given that sessions will be weather dependent, we will need your contact details if you’d like prior notice of cancellation. However, any latecomers on the day are still welcome providing there is still spaces available. There is a minimum suggested donation of £2 per person which will cover the cost of a drink.

Formative pruning  —  shaping a young tree for future size, shape & cropping.  11.00am – (approx) 1.00pm, Sun 22 January 2023.

Maintenance pruning  —  keeping a mature tree to the required size & shape.  11.00am – (approx) 1.00pm, Sun 12 February 2023.
