Green Drinks is an opportunity for people who care about the world we live in to get together for a fun, relaxed, interesting evening once a month. 

As well as just being a nice evening out, Green Drinks enables people to share information and ideas, network, find opportunities, and make friends.

You don't need to know anyone, as we do our best to make everyone feel welcome.  Just come and say 'hello'.

There are no formalities – it's just a way to meet friends for a chat and a drink. You can stay for ten minutes or three hours, you can let your hair down or fix the world's problems depending on your mood!

Green Drinks is now an internationally recognised event which happens in establishments all over the world. Chesterfield joined in from 2007 and once Transition Chesterfield started up, we realised that the people who go to GreenDrinks tend to be the same people who are involved with Transition Chesterfield, so Green Drinks has now been adopted as the monthly Transition Chesterfield social event.
