Transition Chesterfield

I'm looking for a new housemate, and it would be great to find an eco-friendly one!

The house is a nice 2-bed terrace just off Ashgate Road, on the edge of a big park. The room is a good-sized double, quite light and airy, unfurnished.

There is a shed for bikes, a back garden, broadband, green electricity and excellent neighbours (who are also the landlords).

There are also two fairly well-behaved cats.

Rent is £225 per month and the room is available from late July/early August.
